At first, the extremely lo-fi aesthetic of certain tracks on 'Oedipus Complex' is discouraging. However as the listener goes deeper into the twisted dark fantasy of the album, catchy hooks and strange enticing imagery reveals itself. Album highlights such as 'LSD, Honey' are hits straight off the bat with psychedelia infused within it's soaring guitars and writing.
